Standard Support
The Standard Support contract offers support during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Mountain,
Monday through Friday.

Proactive Connector Maintenance
Support KnowledgeBase Access
Email and Web-based issue reporting

Gold Level Support
Our Gold Level support plan provides for all Standard support plan benefits and offers extended support hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM MST Monday through Saturday.

Platinum Level Support
The Premiere Level support contract offers 24/7 support, emergency issue handling and web services and software support for developers in addition to all of the Standard support plan benefits. For after-hours support (outside of normal business hours), an on call technician is paged. Response is guaranteed within 45 minutes of the support query.
